Oversight of major general capital improvements (paving, concrete spalling, elevator, exterior painting). Value $350,000 ±. Completed December 2014.
Continental Plaza Phase One (70 unit high-rise) - Honolulu - Punchbowl
Oversight of replacement of FCU units (chiller system). Remove and replace approximately 147 HVAC fan coils and related valve replacment, new pipe hangers, new chiller pipe insulation, fire proofing and drywall repairs. Value $1.2 million ±. Completed Spring 2015.
